I believe that people who set goals, are more likely to succeed than the ones that don’t. They have you fixed on something, and make you try your best to reach it. Goals can range from a variety of different topics that can affect you in many ways. Goals are an opportunity to willingly make yourself better. Some of these intentions can help you majorly: in becoming a better you, physically and mentally,  growth mindsets, and even preparation.The most important thing you can do to help you succeed, is be determined. Determination can help you through difficult or uncomfortable situations. For example, being determined to have better health, can motivate you to push through obstacles and get over your barrier and succeed. Being determined can open a whole bunch of closed doors in your life, that you never knew were even possible to be opened. The beauty of goals, is never giving up and persevering even when you think you need to give up.One other phenomenon about goals, is having a growth mindset. Staying focused is a big factor in having a growth mindset. Mentally preparing for failure and still continuing to push forwards, is a majority of succession. If you think you can, then you can. If you think you can’t, then you can’t. Willingly wanting to make yourself better is what real goals are all about.  Lastly, preparation is key to progress. You need to think ahead of time and vision what it will look like in the long run. Studying your goal and really pursuing it, will make a big difference in your life. Working your way up is the one thing to keep in mind. Don’t expect to immediately become the best. Obtaining just a little progress everyday, will make the outcome dramatically better.As a result, this all ties in to actually wanting to achieve progress and growth. Not intending to try, has already set yourself up for failure. Goals are all about becoming the you that you acquire to be. It’s better to try, and fail, and try again, than to not try at all. Infest your whole self and mind into your goals, and before you know it, the payoff will be extraordinary.
