               The intension of the project is to control the
environmental parameters in Greenhouse. In our Project we are using different
sensors for controlling the environmental parameters like temperature, humidity
and carbon dioxide gas in Greenhouse.



                  In the experimental model, the
hardware consists ARM7 processor LPC2148 along with Temperature sensor LM35, Humidity
sensor and Carbon dioxide gas sensor MQ-7 to measure the parameters of
temperature, carbon dioxide and humidity respectively.  Also the project consists Relay unit, WIFI
module and LCD display for obtaining output.

                     The results can be displayed
through LCD display and also we can read the results in our mobile through WIFI
module used in our project.


                         It is a wireless
sensor network with additional hardware and software which is solution for
Greenhouse control and also can be operated using WIFI.


                         Also, the user can
utilize cell phone to set sensor parameters from wherever by sending setting
charge message to GSM module. The system can be turned ON or OFF just by
sending a message.



                       The sensor cluster consists of three sensors. They are
Temperature sensor LM35, Humidity sensor and carbon dioxide gas sensor. These
sensors will be connected to the processor which screens the sensors and gives
simple yield i.e., variable voltage yield. By using simple ADC the
microcontroller changes over simple flag to advanced shape.




                            The temperature
sensor gives variable yield voltage regarding temperature variety. LM35 is
utilized as temperature sensor which is an exactness coordinated circuit temperature
sensor calibrated specifically in degree Celsius (centigrade) linear +10.0 mv/c
scale factor which is suitable for remote applications.




                              The operating
temperature range of temperature sensor is -55 to +150 degrees Celsius. The
output voltage varies by 10mv in response to every Celsius rise or fall in

of temperature sensor is 0.01V/c.If the temperature is 0 degrees Celsius the
output of sensor is 0V likewise if the temperature is 25 degrees Celsius the
output of the temperature sensor is +250mv.If the temperature is 50 degree Celsius
the output of the temperature sensor is +500mv.   

















                    Here we will set the base
temperature incentive to 20 degrees and extreme temperature esteem to 30
degrees Celsius. So, the minimum and maximum temperature range is 20 to 30
degrees Celsius.

                    If the temperature exceeds 30
degrees the relay 2 will be open and opens the cooler switch. If the
temperature falls to beneath the level the relay 1 will make the cooler switch
off and on the warmer.





                     Humidity sensor is used to
calculate the amount of water content in the environment. The sensor yield will
be a variable voltage as for humidity level.

                     SY-HS-220 humidity sensor
is utilized which can change over relative humidity yield voltage with
operating humidity 30% -90% RH and exactness is +5%RH(at 25 C).

In our module we set atleast level to half and most extreme level to 65%. If the humidity exceeds the threshold the drier fan can be ON by using relay switch.                             This sensor is utilized to detect
convergence of carbon dioxide in greenhouse.MQ-7 sensor is utilized as CO2
sensor which is high affectability to LPG, petroleum gas, affectability to
liquor and smoke. Carbon dioxide concentration discovery go to 200ppm to

this way, the values can be obtained by using these sensors. The readings will
be displayed in the LCD display panel. These values can be sent to the mobile
through wifi module by sending IP address. Hence, we can see the condition of
greenhouse in mobile.



              We can connect the processor to the
mobile or pc to see the output values of the sensor.



 1)  First connect wifi module.

 mobile  connect to wifi module.

2) Open connection terminal app in ur mobile.

3) Click on configuration , select network,  select client.

4)  Server address

             serverport 8080.

 5) Tick all the check

                               click on connect.

 you will connect to wifi module.


6) Go to terminal

all the check boxes.
