In this report, the subject will be PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum which is anIndonesian candy manufacturer, where we will be trying to help Yupi enter a newmarket, Canada. Research will be conducted in order to find an appropriatemethod of foreign market entry that will virtually work if actuallyimplemented. We will be going in depth in regards of foreign market entry modesand PEST analysis.
PEST analysis (political, economic, social andtechnological) is a measurement tool which is used to assess markets for aparticular product or business. By analyzing tese factors, organisations cantake better business decisions. Theexpected outcome of this report includes the proper steps that has a highchance of succeeding if implemented in a real life situation, and alsodetermining the factors that affect Yupi’s entrance to Canada’s market. 2.0 MethodologyThere will be a couple of researchmethods that will be applied in order to complete this report.
